Abstract
Human resources with professional abilities (skills, knowledge, attitude) in both the managerial and executive level is one key factor determining the strength of business firms in the face of competition. In this context of PT Pos Indonesia as an integral part of national industry, especially in the field of "courier and logistics services" are required to further enhance the competence and professionalism of its employees in line with the strengthening of three Pillar Performance of PT Pos Indonesia such as; Physical Evidence of Services, Operational Excellence and Service Excellence. For this purpose it is necessary to make the mapping work of each job competency standards that exist, so it will facilitate the company in assessing the success of the work of his acting work, especially supervisors and facilitate marketing companies in conducting employee training. From the analysis, there are twenty units of competency that must be owned by a supervisor marketing of units of competency mapped starting with the highest priority to lowest, along with competency elements of each unit of competency and performance criteria of each element of competence
